Munirah Alsaleh is a Saudi creative director and strategic advisor working at the intersection of wellness, art, and culture.

Her practice focuses on translating complex cultural and institutional visions into coherent creative worlds where story, talent, sound, performance, and atmosphere operate as one cohesive system.

“My creative practice began in the lab, not the studio.”
— Munirah

During her PhD in Computational and Systems Medicine at Imperial College London, Munirah worked in a field rooted in personalized medicine, metabolomics, and complex biological systems. It trained her to code, research, interrogate, and structure large amounts of information, looking for the subtle signals that reveal a deeper pattern. This scientific foundation continues to inform her creative work, providing the structural rigor required to navigate layered, high-stakes cultural projects.

After returning to Saudi Arabia in 2019, she expanded her study of human experience through yoga, somatic practice, and performance art. She later performed in This Sea is Mine for the Diriyah Biennale, an experience that deepened her understanding of the body as a site of perception, memory, expression, and audience connection.

“ Creative direction became the synthesis of these worlds. It allowed me to bring together the scientist’s rigor, the performer’s sensitivity, the producer’s practicality, and the curator’s eye.”

Her creative industry foundation was built through artist management, artist booking, and creative production, giving her a grounded understanding of how artists, ideas, and live experiences move from concept into public form.
